Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

Adback paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Pricing for each plan is shown on our pricing page, and the free tier requires no payment.

2. Free tier and trials

You can start on the free tier without a credit card. If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing begins when you subscribe. We'll always show the price before you confirm a paid plan.

3. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
• You keep access to your paid plan until the end of the period you've already paid for.
• You will not be charged again after the current period ends.

4. Refunds

Because plans are billed monthly and access continues through the paid period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. This does not affect any refund or cancellation rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law (for example, statutory consumer rights).

If you were charged in error, believe there is a billing mistake, or experienced a significant service failure, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case in good faith. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via our payment processor, Stripe, and may take several business days to appear.

5. Price changes

If we change the price of a plan, we will give reasonable advance notice before the change applies to your next renewal, so you can decide whether to continue.
