1. Who we are

Adback is a mobile measurement and conversion-signal platform operated by Lemmonite LLC("Adback", "we", "us"), a company registered in Wyoming, USA. You can reach us at [email protected].

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Adback website, dashboard, APIs, or SDKs (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these Terms.

2. What the Service does

Adback helps mobile app developers measure the performance of their paid advertising. The Service attributes app installs and in-app events to the ad that drove them, joins that data with subscription revenue from connected sources such as RevenueCat and Superwall, and forwards privacy-safe conversion signals to supported advertising networks through their official server-side APIs. Adback does not use IDFA, cross-app identifiers, or an ATT prompt to operate.

3. Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and API keys and for all activity under your account.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

4. Subscriptions, fees, and billing

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions. Unless stated otherwise on our pricing page:

• Subscriptions are billed monthly, in advance, in US dollars.
• Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Plan limits (for example, monthly paid installs) apply as described on the pricing page. If you exceed a plan limit, we will contact you about upgrading.
• Prices may change; we will give reasonable advance notice before a change affects your next renewal.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your use of the paid Service is also subject to Stripe's applicable terms. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• Send data you do not have the right to send, or that violates the policies of a connected advertising network or platform.
• Attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the security of the Service, or disrupt its integrity or performance.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as permitted in writing.

6. Your data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and appropriate disclosures/consents for the data you send to Adback and for onward forwarding to advertising networks. You retain ownership of your data; you grant us the rights needed to provide the Service. Our Data Processing Addendum applies when Adback processes personal data for you as a processor.

7. Service availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with notice where reasonable.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. Adback provides measurement and signal forwarding; we do not guarantee any particular advertising outcome, ROAS, or attribution accuracy, which depend on third-party networks and your own campaigns.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adback will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in that period. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and the courts of Wyoming, USA have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
